Topic	Is it fair that people get fired for going on racist rants over facebook?

And you don't think for one second that a cop who hates a whole race of people might be a bit prone to doing unlawful things I use to work with an incredibly racist guy (joined the KKK when he retired, too) and managed not to be racist around the black truck driver we had. He would even have small talk with the guy, too. So, I guess it's possible... but I feel the same as you and I would have my doubts, even though I personally saw evidence prove me wrong.
