Putting aside whether offensive jokes should be grounds to fire someone to begin with, at that point it should be considered kinda water under the bridge-- a bridge that has been standing for 6 years. I don't think necessarily everyone deserves a second chance just for free, but if you show remorse instead of trying to blame someone or whatever, you should definitely get one as long as it's nothing too extreme you did. If he apologized and is doing a good job though? Yeah, definitely kinda weird to fire him now. Feels more like giving into terrorism than actually a deserved firing. I could see them trying to go back on the firing once things settle down a bit (or GotG 3 flops!) --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
