Over large distances, sure. Not for the ones you would consider "hurting yourself" distance. The wind resistance to weight ratio of an average human is so small that it has a negligible at best effect over distances of a couple dozen feet or so. It's like dropping a bowling ball in a vacuum and dropping a bowling ball in open air.
