Last I heard a few years ago, it was like 97%. Apparently, in part, that's because if the cops don't either prove without a doubt the culprit committed the crime or strongarm out a confession ahead of time, it usually doesn't get to court in the first place.

That's what I've heard, anyways. Maybe it's better, maybe it's worse.
