Topic	When drinking in public, don't brown bag it. Just drink your beer out of the can

I thought the whole fucking point of the brown bag was that it couldn't get you cited for it The bag isn't lead and the police aren't superman. They'll just see you drinking from a brown bag and go check you out from there. No I know that, but I'm talking about how IIRC it was some sort of weird legal technicality about being "in plain sight." Obviously everyone and their mother knows drinking from a brown paper bag is booze, but the fact that it's not in "plain sight" is what made it at least not citeable from a "probable cause" standpoint or something like that. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
