Topic	When drinking in public, don't brown bag it. Just drink your beer out of the can

No I know that, but I'm talking about how IIRC it was some sort of weird legal technicality about being "in plain sight." Obviously everyone and their mother knows drinking from a brown paper bag is booze, but the fact that it's not in "plain sight" is what made it at least not citeable from a "probable cause" standpoint or something like that. Its not a legal loophole its more of a if youre not being obvious and not causing any other trouble, they have more important things to do I believe the only places you can drink openly in the public is New Orleans and Savannah.
