who said it was okay when Obama did it? the fact that it wasn't this extreme is why it was barely reported. plus it was rare and Obama tried to avoid breaking up families. trump is actively doing so. it is his policy.

It isn't 'his policy' to break up families. It's literally Federal law that children cannot be incarcerated with their parents for more than 20 days.
