I'd rank him a lot higher but I kinda get the mindset that would put him this low. Berkut had potential but that final scene may be the worst thing in Fire Emblem. ~~oh man it's so SAD how he gave his wife's soul to satan in a gross and kinda rapey scene now let's give him his happy ending with her in heaven~~ Tharja's hilarious. I feel that people who take her seriously miss her point entirely.
