I've picked up a lot of patients from nursing homes and most of them literally give zero fucks about them and is usually understaffed too >_> Unless you're gonna pay like $80k a year for a really nice one, it's going to be a bad experience. I want to avoid putting my family members in one as much as possible.

Like I took patients that had decubitus ulcers on their sacrum cuz nurses are too lazy to turn them every 2 hours. And one time I picked up someone cuz he was only responsive to painful stimulus and the fucking nurse was like "i just got on shift and I can't give you report lol" like BITCH! you and your relief are fucking assholes if neither one of you bothered to bring up a report on this guy to each other. Hospitals are never surprised when I tell them Nursing Homes dont tell me anything
