I said I'd rank some yesterday, so I'll do that. First page's stuff, in no particular order:

=== A-Tier ===
Toto - Africa (classic then, classic now)
MJ - Billie Jean (easily one of the catchiest of all time)
Prince - 1999 (undisputed all-time great)
Queen - Another One Bites the Dust (A+)
Oingo Boingo - Just Another Day (wild, weird, and very 80s)
Ray Parker Jr. - Ghostbusters (few 80s tracks are earworms in the same way as this)
Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (it may be a meme, but don't that catchiness gleam)
Nena - 99 Luftballons (no idea what she's saying, but it's classic)
Billy Idol - White Wedding (still pretty decent to this day)
Flock of Seagulls - I Ran (vocals hold up, but the instrumentation feels thin as paper)
Rush - Tom Sawyer (not my fave Rush song, but you can't deny this is still good)
Kenny Loggins - Danger Zone (the sound of convertibles putting their tops down)
Tears for Fears - Everybody Wants to Rule the World (can't deny this is an 'A')

=== B-Tier ===
Tom Tom Club - Genius of Love (this is probably the highest 'B' I can give; PS Talking Heads > TTC)
Blue Oyster Cult - Shooting Shark (not many good BOC 80s songs IMO, but this is one of 'em)
David Bowie - Modern Love (I can see why Bowie didn't like the instrumentation on some 80s LPs)
Madness - Our House (chorus is way better than the verses)
Billy Ocean - Caribbean Queen (chorus is way better than the verses)
Depeche Mode - People are People (music's catchy, but the lyrics are cheesy-sounding now)
Hall & Oates - Out of Touch (music's alright, but the video is basura)
Sabrina - All of Me (annoyingly catchy)
Whitney Houston - How Will I Know (voice is classic, but those ivories are chintzy as hell)
Queen/Bowie - Under Pressure (Everything's fine. Just fine.)
Madonna - In the Groove (it's held up alright, methinks)
Afrika Bombaataa - Planet Rock (classic beats)
Howard Jones - Things Can Only Get Better (this one holds up somewhat)
Transformers - You Got the Touch (Solid 'B' song. Maybe B+ with lots of explosions happening)
Robbi Robb - In Time (for a Bill & Ted song, this ain't too shabby)
Outfield - Your Love (the vocal hook is mostly what's memorable. Thanks, 80s Edward Norton)
Scandal - The Warrior (your average 'B')
Billy Joel & the Affordables - Tell Her About It (not in love with it, but I can't deny it's catchy)
Starship - Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now (warning: do not f*** mannequins)
Hulk Hogan - Real American (lmao)
Genesis - Land of Confusion (good song, but no Genesis song should ever have drum machines)

=== C-Tier ===
Club Nouveau - Lean on Me (semi-catchy, but full disclosure: I've always hated this song)
Paul Gilbert solo (technically accomplished, but not super catchy)
Beastie Boys - Paul Revere (kinda plodding; 90% of BB songs before Paul's Boutique = lol tbh)
Musical Youth - Pass the Dutchie (this hasn't aged well)
Toni Basil - Hey Mickey (Civil War tack has aged better than those keyboards)
Jimmy Buffett - Brown-Eyed Girl (the music is good, but I hate this song so much)
Ca Plane Pour Moi - Plastic Bertrand (catchy, but no idea what they're saying)
Pink Floyd - On the Turning Away (a little catchy; it's sad most of 80s Floyd output felt this bland)
Wall of Voodoo - Mexican Radio (okay, but most songs on this album kinda suck, lol)
Twisted Sister - We're Not Gonna Take It (catchy? yes. but I never liked this one)
Styx - Mr. Roboto (okay song, crappy album; Runescape sucks)

=== D-Tier ===
Throbbing Gristle - Discipline (I do believe I asked for catchy songs)

=== F-Tier ===
Weird Al - Another One Rides the Bus (I invented this tier just for this song)
Milli Vanilli - Girl You Know It's True (hokey rapping + didn't sing it themselves, IIRC = fail)

=== Disqualified Tier ===
D-Nice - Call Me D-Nice (decent, but it's from the 90s. Take a lap.)
Anli Pollicino - You Spin Me Round (Not 90s. Take a lap.)

And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame
