Even w/o UT rally in 2015, OoT probably would have lost. Mario: Probably better than he was last time, with modern Mario being much better received atm. Samus: RoS and MP4 means she's just as strong as ever hopefully. Cloud: The FF7R delay hurts, but staying in Smash Ult might help. Sephiroth: Unlike Cloud, Seph does not have the benefit of being in Smash. Possibly the weakest NN? Crono: Eh... low vote totals could help, but I still think he has fight. Snake: I doubt the Konami affects Snake himself; returning in Smash Ult will probably makes him #2. Sonic: While Mania is well received, Sonic hate still lingers in a lot of people due to poor modern games. He'll need purely Classic artwork. Mega Man: With MM11 and SSBU, should be good. ...
