| Topic | am i wrong for not buying my friend a ticket? he got mad at me for not doing it |
| No_U_L7 08/05/18 9:16:59 PM #1: | we're all supposed to go see a show together. i bought all my friends tickets but all my other friends paid using venmo. this one guy says he'll give me cash at the actual show...so i refused to buy him a ticket. first, that means i'm giving him an interest free loan. second, that gives him a chance to flake with no repercussions since then i'm stuck paying the bill. third, i hate cash and don't ever use it except when required/emergencies. the ticket price is only $5, but it's more the principal of the matter. it might be $300 next time and he'll still ask me to do the same thing. he got mad at me for not doing it --- ...
