Slippery fucking slope

I understand they don't want to be targeted in the law suits that are flying around, but this is just going to allow people to nitpick everyone else and compare what they say/said to jones.

Not a slippery slope at all.

Apple, Google, and Facebook are private companies. They are fully within their rights to delete any content from their services for any reason or for no reason at all.

Alex Jones has first amendment rights to free speech, but all that means is that he's allowed to say what he wants (with a few exceptions spelled out by law) without the government punishing him for it; access to broadcasting platforms, like Facebook, Youtube, and iTunes, is in no way guaranteed.
