Thanks. My family has a weird last name, so it makes it easy to do research. Plus, somebody put a HUGE family history online back to 1680s. Plus, since the name is weird, there's also info going back to the at least 1000 AD in York. Can be read here:

My viking forefathers apparently built a runestone that is still standing, p cool.

Benjamin and Elizabeth, mentioned at the end of the article, are my direct relatives.


Pretty cool is an understatement. That's one of the coolest things I've heard in a long time. The runestones something I hope you get to go see someday (if possible). That would be a really cool monument to take a trip to.
