Topic	When did you stop using AOL?
Vol2tex 08/07/18 10:46:14 AM #1:	By the mid-00s, I noticed that attachments in AOL mail could not be opened anymore after a while. I had 100s of pictures in emails that people sent to me, but after a few months the attachments wouldn't open anymore. In computer science class in college, a friend persuaded me to use Yahoo instead. The attachments in Yahoo still open after 12years. I started using that more than AOL. The computer crashed in August 2008 while we were all away and I lost everything, including all of the AOL emails since they saved to the Personal Filing Cabinet part of AOL desktop.
