Panth is likely scum as well but I'd rather take out the more dangerous scum first.
IGCD, this is the post that convinces me... with the way things were laid out, there's really no reason for you to have chosen to vote Leo over Panth as Scum, unless you were Scum protecting a more powerful role. But also, if you were Scum, and Panth was Town, you'd have voted Panth there, because even still, he was the obvious choice.
So really, I don't think IGCD is Scum unless Panth is.
Or was it his way to get pressure off of panth because panth has more power then leo I doubt it but is that possible ---
