Topic	ITT: Name a state thats better than California, and one that's worse

The past year or two is a mix of dry weather and then they've blamed a power company for transformers exploding and starting many of the blazes. California has always had wildfires (up until this year, the largest fire took place in the 1800s), although it's become more frequent in recent years (afaik largely due to water shortages, which may partly relate to an over-use on farms) jramirez23 posted... Worse: Arizona (but I don't think it's a "bad" state. I just named this one because I've been there and I also know this state's association with potential racial profiling issues, attempting banning of ethnic studies, and the Sheriff Arpaio.) That's why Michigan is always a safe bet.
