"I'm not racist I have black friends". Honestly though everyone experiences anxiety differently and at different levels. Anxiety is a normal human emotion afterall. It however becomes problematic for some folk, even more so those who have it 24/7 for no reason. Point is who are you to judge? Unless you've been through the exact same situation you can't relate to it, not really and certainly shouldn't be mocking people on how they deal with it.
