I remember some 4chan thread where a bunch of people who are up their own ass talk about this smile, and they call it a "fear grimace". The logic is that "soyboys" make this face in photos to hide their severe social anxiety and look open and appealing to human contact, and that it's a primal response to fear that they can't help but partake in for being of weaker mind than other "alpha" men. You know, general up-your-own-ass internet psychologist bullshit. --- But if I've come here to drown, I'm gonna take a few people down.
