Yes, but in 3.5 and Pathfinder at least, (I don't know about the other versions) healing spells (like Cure Light Wounds) are still part of the conjuration school. It's divine magic, but all divine spells still fall into a school somewhere, even if the casters don't generally have something that affects certain schools.

Yes, and the same is true in D&D, since Pathfinder is basically just 3.75e D&D.

But it doesn't matter if Pathfinder counts healing magic as Conjuration or 5e D&D counts healing as Evocation (and resurrection magic counts as Necromancy) - Conjurers still can't cast healing magic, Evokers can't cast healing magic, and Necromancers can't raise the dead as living beings (as opposed to undead).

All divine magic is classified in the traditional schools, but arcane spellcasters can't use those spells, even if they're specialists in that school.

Again, there are exceptions and loopholes, but for the most part, a Wizard will never be able to cast Cure Wounds, even if they're an Evoker in 5e. They can't even cast it properly from a spell scroll.
