Topic	Sometimes my ex will text me random Facebook statuses about us from years ago...

If someone's actually your friend, you won't be weirded out when they share statuses from years ago. Maybe. Maybe not. If my friends share post from years ago, it's not weird because we were friends years ago. If an ex does it, it feels different because years ago, we were probably dating and not just friends. If they sent a post year ago when we were friends but not dating, then it would probably not be weird. Then again, maybe they would feel weird if their friends did it, too... maybe McSame_as_Bush would think it's weird if his friends did it. IDK. But I do understand how that can be weird for some... If you think of your ex as your friend, then when they do things like this that are not weird for a friend to do then you are thinking of them as an ex and not a friend in that situation.
