Thinking I might go this Sunday; I have a list ready for the top five things I plan on trying this year that I've never had before (I made it literally after going to the State Fair last year): -Alligator on a Stick -Big Fat Bacon -Fresh Cut Fries -Pork Mole Tamale from Tejas Express -Turkey-to-Go (I know for sure I'm getting a pulled turkey sandwich, but flavor recs would be appreciated) --- ...
