18 y/o Smug Kid, Sean Kristen Small from Indiana is facing a YEAR in PRISON and possible EXPULSION from his high school after he shared a video fo a virtual reality game depicting shooting of ZOMBIES inside of high school!!

He was busted at Scottsburg High School after a student complained about it when he shared it to his social media

He is now charged with a Class A misdemeanor of intimidation and if convicted he faces between 0 and 365 days in prison.

His father, Kris said that Sean meant "no harm" in that video after a female student blew the whistle on him after seeing it on her friend's facebook page.

Sean shared the video of a game called "Walking Dead: Our World" that places zombies over whatever is being captured by a smart phone's camera.

Kris said he's a COUNSELOR and that he does this for a living who works with people who are potentially homicidal and suicidal. He said "This was just a kid posting a video of killing zombies and unless zombies have constitutional rights in Indiana, CGI Zombies at that, i don't understand what the issue is. It's very similar to the game Pokemon Go which does the same thing with Pokemon, making it look like the users are after imaginary creatures they attempt to catch them all".

But Sean had shared that video and wrote "Finally something better than Pokemon Go"

The school superintendent and Deputy Joe Baker reviewed the incident and said the footage depicted the real Scottsburg High School students walking around the hallway along with fictional zombie characters as such students could not be identifed due to the app's photographic settings as Sean used his smartphone to capture the movement of random students walking in the hallway while shooting zombie charcters walking in the shooter's immediate direction

Kris is fighting back those claims and said his son is a GOOD KID who said people are making it out to sound like it was an awful video and said it wasn't like how the police made it out to be.

Sean had downloaded this game after coming back from basic training in Georgia and if expelled, it would cost him his senior year on the school's wrestling team and could detrail his military career.

Do you think this was "overblown"?
