Topic	I've lost 23lbs since I stopped drinking.

Weight Watchers is expensive though. Isn't that just pre-portioned food? Nah, that's nutrisystem. I'm just doing the Weight Watchers App, so it costs like $20 a month or so normally I think (I got a free month off my wife, and a discount, plus another free month so it was like $13 for 3 months for me). Pretty much you punch in a goal weight, they give you X amount of points per day, and you track what you're eating.
