1) Going into problem solving in the same state of mind as when you made the mistake is only a guarantee that more mistakes will be made. It typically takes more than 13 seconds th=o change your state of mind, and well... see below.

However, you know what you did wrong on the last try.

2) Constant mistakes are taxing on the mind, and I guarantee you that most people cannot or will not endure the loop enough times to make a positive difference.

Even when the result could be life or death?

3) Again discounting reaction times, mistakes are often more than 13 seconds in the past. This seems like a fatal weakness to the 13 Second option to me. The 2 minute one isn't perfect either, but a lot can happen in a minute and a half.

Maybe if you aren't planning on using it? If you start a situation knowing that you're going to rewind, you can exploit your rewinds.

Lol y'all underestimating how long 13 seconds is.

13 seconds is enough time to get out of most bad situations as they happen.

Car accident? All you need is a few seconds backward to avoid it.

Wanna be rich, go to a dice game see the outcome, rewind and bet.

Etc. A one a day 2 minute rewind is far less effective.

Yeah, a lot can happen in 13 seconds... although something like a dice roll or a roulette spin may require a little more time.
