Not true, where I work you either get it or you can sign a declination form and wear an obnoxious face mask that you have to swap out every 2 or 3 hours.

I too work in the hospital sector, and it's not mandatory. Most people are in contact with a multitude of diseases on a daily basis and you either develop a strong immunity or you don't. A flu shot is essentially an injection that ensures you're going to get sick.

That being said, I've been vacinated against pretty much everything else. Fuck the flu.
