You don't consider diversity a strength? Our motto of "out of many, one"?
It depends on what kind of diversity. Intellectual diversity can be a strength if all the participants have a mutual respect for each other and genuinely care about making a situation better for a the group.
If it's just the "we need more black people in this group" type for no other reason than being "inclusive" I don't think that helps anybody.
So two points A) Carlson didn't say any of that, he just kept lambasting the word diversity B) Overall, I consider diverse races/religions/professions/etc to have be a sum total better population than a homogeneous population (everybody is one race/religion/vocation/etc). Do you disagree?
I do disagree. The best countries in the world objectively, are mostly homgenous cultures like Denmark etc.
