| Topic | AC knowledge needed! |
| orangefire25 09/12/18 3:21:04 PM #1: | Today, my AC completely stopped working. The thermostat has claimed ten degrees although it's set on 76. Outside, the fan on the unit isn't spinning at all, and I hear no compressors or anything. Silence. Inside the AC is also silent. Filter is brand new. Breaker isn't tripped. How do I look at the fuse to see if it blew? And what else could cause the unit to just power off completely? Any pointers? Edit: the fan is on, so there is air flow. The AC in the house is quietly running but no compressor or anything just a whir of air flow. --- https://m.facebook.com/kevin.louchart I'm trusting you guys, message me if you need to :) ...
