Just squish. crisp is probably a better word for it than crunch. iceberg is a particularly crisp lettuce. Why do people keep saying that? Lettuce is not crisp. It's soggy and wet and horrible. Get better lettuce I'm not the one making the lettuce. Then go to a place with better lettuce.
