They both were huge philanthropists and tried to help the city anyway they could both publicly and secretly too. Thomas Wayne was nothing like Trump. This movie is going to piss off alot of people The Telltale games already did it and people loved the retelling iirc. It was done pretty differently. Thomas maintained a clean persona to Gotham and his son. Everything rotten about him was secret and done behind closed doors. I don't know how Bruce would spring from a guy like Donald Trump.
