The only way is to have a "Nationalized Health Insurance" of America where everybody who wants in, pays in.

Then the service can truly wield the giant pay hammer of monopolized Health Insurance along with exclusivity and price controls on Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, and Health Workers.

This is about the national level. This $32 trillion plan is going to balloon taxes if it goes through.
