Just hearing the words "radical vegan" makes me want to go and buy a steak and pack of cage eggs.
I'm never giving up meat but if they weren't so obnoxious, I'd have actually been open to buying cruelty free products even if they cost more.
Like all extremist groups, they're their own worst enemy.

Everything they're doing is reactionary, I'm just going a different way with it. Like I said, I'm never going to stop buying these products but if they had taken a more realistic approach then they would have had a shot at changing peoples buying habits at least but when you take extreme actions, you risk polarizing the very people you're trying to reach. Whole foods is never going to say "you know what, you're right, we'll just close the company" so when they take a more realistic approach, I'll listen.
Until then, it's factory farm meat and cage eggs whenever possible.
