I guess you don't really know how parties work, but a college student who is say 20-21 at high school parties with say 16-17 years old could be corruption of minors, supplying alcohol to minors, and etc. Especially when you say you saw lines of men taking turns to gangrape women at the high school parties from 1980-1983. And observed men drugging the punch in order to do so. And saying you still attended these parties regularly but just learned to avoid the punch.
