what are they

From what I can tell "woke" is an ironic term for being brainwashed by far left ideology.
"Redpilled" are those that point out the hypocricy of the "woke".

Isn't redpilled used to describe those who left the left and joined the right? ('cause red = Republican)

Red also use to mean socialist and was used in slogans against the USSR. The "redpilled" are actually against socialism which the SJWs promote. But I think it's just a reference the Matrix movies. Maybe you have different examples for who the term "redpilled" applies to but I don't think the "redpilled" are on the right. They still seem to be on the left but at the same time are willing to have a discussion with the people they disagree with. They would be more center-left or moderate.

Additionally I suppose the perspective of what constitutes left and right could change from country to country. The individual may be on the left for the political climate in their country while an observer may equate that with the right for political climate of their country. In Britain for example the comparison to Democrat and Republican wouldn't work for understanding the division of their political parties.
