I played the first game and it sucked. No strategy at all, brainless combat that the only skill required is to time it so you get to do critical damage, and you can spam consumable items up the ass because they drop so many. Not to mention it's one of those games where the enemies take forever to do their turn and you can't skip it. And it's annoying as fuck that every cutscene is trying to get every character to say something even if its pointless and has nothing to do with the plot. The only cool thing about the game is to see the different interactions with the characters and some of the dialogue is funny, but that's literally it. It's a fanservice game and I guess it does deliver only on that part.
