Topic	New NAFTA deal is imminent!

The North America part of NAFTA covers that. Maybe that's the deal. He could sign the exact same deal, just change the name, and tell his voters "NAFTA was the worst deal in the history of humanity, and I just made the best deal ever!" I mean I'm just not sure what's the point of the name change in the first place.
