At that high a salary, they only want those who can move product at the highest levels. I work in a Kroger warehouse, one of the few that is non-union, and the highest paying starting wage is 13.50. There is an incentive program that pays for more productivity, but that maxes out at about 18 or 20 dollars an hours.
