Same deal as costco. Very high employee expectations, very high pay relative to peers.


yeah i learned recently that kroger (grocer chain) warehouse employees get 18 to start.

so i mean $20 as a baseline isn't too far off.

I work in a Kroger warehouse, one of the few that is non-union, and the highest paying starting wage is 13.50. There is an incentive program that pays for more productivity, but that maxes out at about 18 or 20 dollars an hours. But yeah, the union warehouses are better places to work.
