I just don't think he was in the news for any of these things. Definitely not circuit court judge, no one pays attention to that except beltway dweebs. I was maybe 8 when the Starr Report was commissioned but you rarely hear about anyone except the lead person (I'm sure you could find who Mueller's team is, but I never hear about them, even though they are reported on)
