Topic	Do you know any people stuck in the same job and position for 10+ years?

I work in IT and I see people working the same shit job and never moved up, never got a raise and I think some have been there longer than me. It's like, what are you doing!? If you job is easy and you get decent pay, why bother moving up if you're satisfied. It's not decent pay for them. I know damn well it's not.
