This does not affect your internal bodily processes, nor psychological ones (sleep etc). "Movement" is here defined as the translation and/or rotation of one or more external bodily parts taken in reference to the rest of the body. So sitting in a car is by itself not movement, nor is sitting still and claiming "movement" due to the orbits of planetary (or larger) bodies. You have to move your body for it to count (eg walking, blinking).
