If they're not playing their music from their cars super fucking loud, theyre either arguing/fighting or talking loud as fuck so that I'm pretty sure the entire apartment complex can hear em. They sometimes do this late as hell at night when I'm tryna get sleep for my job early in the morning. Literally every day this happens. I've never called cops before but got damn I'm close. --- ...
