I quit watching that show when it quit being funny, about 15 years ago. I watched it from the very start. I was the original wave of South Park, Futurama, Family Guy (on Fox, not Cartoon Network), etc.

The only shows like that which remained consistently funny throughout the series were Futurama and King of the Hill. The Simpsons, Family Guy, and South Park used to be comedic gold, but not anymore. Family Guy stopped being funny right around when American Dad was out and the it was the same time period that The Simpsons started to be forced and not funny. South Park has been cringe worthy for fifteen years.

See, you missed the greatest arc with Randy actually being Lorde. That and Gluten Free Ebola in season 16(?) were comedic gold.

When they started giving Randy more focus in the plot, that was right around when I realized the show wasn?t what it used to be. The episode that I quit watching over was when he spent the whole episode trying to find a computer to look at porn or something like that. In reality, I really had stopped liking it but kind of hoped it might get better. We took the first seasons for granted, looking back at it.
