That is not relevant. Innocent until proven guilty is a basic principle of our society. As a society, how do we remember - The Inquisition (happened during medieval times in Europe but still relevant) - The Salem witch trials - The McCarthy era Those are examples of when "Innocent until proven guilty" was ignored got 'em gunplagirl posted... The issue is that there's been nominees who have been tossed out by previous senators or even plenty of currently living ones just because the nominee has a single possible blot in an otherwise perfect record. We should not forget who these people are, so that we can better identity their true motives and beliefs down the road once we begin to forget who justified how Kavanaugh was being treated.
