Your president has been accused of rape multiple times, bragged about sexually assaulting women, made inappropriate sexual comments to children and was friends with a paedophile while being completely aware of the man's sexual habits.
Sure sounds like a party ok with rape and sexual offences.
Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton have a bunch of outrageous rape claims against them too. With Bill we know it's true but you're still cool with him. Hillary has crazy allegations against her but you don't just assume she's guilty, you support her and say those allegations are false.
With Kav you never attempted to see his side. You decided he was guilty, no questions asked.
