The dumb ass doesn't know what government programs need to be cut, he doesn't know how to balance the budget, the only thing he knows how to do is lie. He doesn't know what laws need to be repealed, or how to reform welfare, he doesn't know anything. I would say if every state is paying a minimum of $4 a gallon for gas that would be the straw.
