Some of the really large ones from the past were more fun for how crazy they can get. I would say the "games as a service" mentality is also ranking it down a little. Not every game needs to have weekly rotation or free updates that probably could have been included in the base game if they wanted. They shouldn't plan on free updates from the get go, get a full experience out and then think of things that would be beneficial to add. Well compared to the previous Mario Party entries, where they had "games as a service" sized content but with no updates, I think this game can go far with the right free maps. Splatoon 2 had gotten a lot of free content since it came out and it has really helped keep people playing even after the paid Switch online. --- Sometimes I say things and I'm not voice acting. ...
