Topic	Do you eat healthy or just eat whatever?
Dikitain 10/09/18 11:57:08 AM #11:	I usually eat to feel good (and full). When I was in my 20's that meant I could eat whatever I wanted. Nowadays that usually means no dairy (lactose intolerant), nothing overly greasy (makes my stomach feel like I ate a bowling ball), and very few grains (just make me feel tired). So I guess in that sense I eat healthy? Oh yea, and I never had a sweet tooth anyways so I don't usually eat a lot of sugar of fruits (except apples for "desert"). --- I am a senior software engineer.
