Everything that you could do on another Holiday is either moot considering the reason for the holiday existing, or something you could do any other day. What other day could you go around dressed as a monster covered in blood during the night and scaring people and get away with it? Halloween is the only day we can express our dark sides without being arrested, what's more, we get candy for it. If you walk around scaring people as an adult, you are a creep.
