They were gonna take us in but we asked them if we should have driven instead. They let us go after that. As far as I know, public intoxication, even when not driving a vehicle or riding a bicycle (apparently this is a thing) is still an offense but I do wonder to what degree one has to be wasted to be arrested or charged for this. I can only assume one has to be causing a scene to get into trouble for this. Yeah no kidding.
