If I think it's outstanding service, I've gone as high as 25%. I've gotten outstanding service exactly one time. If someone showed up at my door with the wrong order you get NOTHING. If you can't even be bothered to double check that you're giving me the right food when delivering food is your ENTIRE JOB, then GET FUCKED.
